Please follow the steps below in the order listed:

1. Active Directory:

You must contact the Office of Technology (OTech) to confirm Active Directory account – HelpDesk@otech.guam.gov

This is required BEFORE you can be granted any access to any of the GFMIS modules.

2. Security Access Request (SAR) forms:

After obtaining your Active Directory (AD) ID account from OTech, you must complete and submit the Security Access Request to the email listed below for each application form.

The Agency head approval on form is required for auditing purposes.

SAR (SECURITY ACCESS REQUEST) – for Payroll, Human Resources, Budget and Data Warehouse

Email completed form to:  gfmis.access@doa.guam.gov
Important:  Access to modules are restricted and subject to final approval.

GSA Security Access Request – for Procurement

Email completed form to:  gsaprocurement@gsadoa.guam.gov
Important:  Must have minimal procurement module training.

3. Budget and/or Data Warehouse module:

After submitting your Security Access Request, you must submit a User Access Request (UAR) online for the Budget module (BIDS) and/or Data Warehouse and/or Grants Module to view your accounts and other financial data.
